Products, compatibility and prices
Product specifications, package contents, prices and software update periods are shown on the product page. Prices are displayed in the selected market currency. The final amount and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Basic OBD2 support does not guarantee access to all vehicle modules, coding, active tests, key programming or service procedures. These depend on the specific tool, vehicle, software and any required third-party subscriptions. Contact us with the make, model, year, engine and required function if you are unsure before ordering.
Orders and payment
Select your items and complete checkout using an available payment method. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution or refund. We do not substitute a different product without your agreement.
U.S. warehouse shipping
Physical products ordered for delivery in the United States are shipped from a U.S. warehouse. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Availability, destination and carrier delays can affect delivery; we will contact you if an order is delayed.
For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or other remote destinations, contact us with your ZIP code before ordering to confirm service and timing. The 3–5 business day estimate should not be assumed for these destinations.
Canada
The U.S. delivery estimate does not apply to Canada. Contact us with the product and postal code to confirm delivery timing, shipping charges and any import charges before ordering.
Shipping charges and payment
Available delivery methods, shipping charges and the final order total are shown at checkout before payment. Pay using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Prices are displayed in the selected market currency.
Digital software updates
Software updates are digital services and are not shipped from a warehouse. We check the device model and serial number before processing an update. The physical-product delivery estimate does not apply.

U.S. orders: change-of-mind returns
We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or no longer need a correctly supplied, non-defective product, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please check vehicle compatibility and the included functions before ordering. Contact us if you need help choosing.
Defective, damaged or incorrect goods
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or develops a fault, contact info@autodiagnostik.ee with your order number and details. We will assess the issue and arrange repair, replacement or a refund as appropriate under the warranty and applicable law. These rights are separate from change-of-mind returns.
Contact us before sending anything back. We organize return instructions and provide the address of the warehouse that shipped your order. U.S.-warehouse orders are returned to a U.S. address. Please include the relevant accessories and package the device securely.
The customer pays return shipping unless applicable law, the applicable warranty or our agreed resolution requires otherwise. We will explain the shipping arrangements before you send the product.
Other destinations and mandatory rights
The U.S. change-of-mind policy above applies to U.S. orders. Orders to Canada or another destination remain subject to the mandatory consumer protections applicable to that order. Nothing in this policy excludes a statutory cancellation, refund or defective-goods remedy, including any applicable EU consumer withdrawal right.

12-month limited warranty
Diagnostic devices purchased from Carscantool include a 12-month limited warranty from delivery, provided by DiagAuto OÜ. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The free software update period is separate and is shown on each product page.
How to request support
Email info@autodiagnostik.ee with your order number, device model, serial number and a description of the fault. Photos or a video can help us assess the issue. We will provide troubleshooting and, where needed, return instructions. Please contact us before shipping a device.
We coordinate warranty returns to the warehouse that originally shipped your order. For orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse, this is a U.S. return address. Do not send goods to our Estonian business address unless we instruct you to do so.
Resolution and shipping
Depending on the fault and applicable rights, the remedy may be repair, replacement or a refund. A warranty claim does not automatically entitle the buyer to an immediate refund. Customers pay the cost of sending the device for warranty assessment unless applicable law or the applicable warranty requires otherwise. Any other charges will be explained before you authorize them.
The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper voltage, liquids or modifications or repairs that caused the fault. A claim is not refused solely because an unrelated repair was performed by a third party.
This warranty does not limit mandatory consumer rights. You may have additional rights depending on your location. There is no general 14-day deadline for reporting a defect under this 12-month warranty.
